Single side aluminum foil insulation facing Construction:
Aluminum foil: 7Microns / Polyethylene /Tri-directional Fiberglass Scrim / Kraft 60gsm (other Kraft is available)
Application:
FSK Facing (foil-scrim-Kraft) is intended for use as an attic, roof, or duct wrap and wall radiant barrier and as a class A insulation facing to block radiant heat coming into house through the roof during the summer and retain indoor heat generated during the winter. It is a good glass wool facing and rock wool facing.
Also used as a moisture vapor barrier in air conditioning ductworks and cold rooms.
